HAPpY SUNdAY!

HAPPY SUNDAY PEOPLE! I hope we were all able to praise God in one way or the other, if you couldn't make it to church hope you prayed at home, if you did make it to church hope you enjoyed the service and listened attentively. On Sundays some of us prefare to cook at home or go out with our families to the beach or maybe movies, whichever way..just make sure you have fun in a peaceful way..

Aerobics all the wayyyyyyyy!

On Monday I joined an Aerobic class and just today (Thursday) I was awarded a T-shirt (SHOWING OFF!) I can honestly say it has been fantastic so far. We do all sorts of exercises, stretching and so on. I keep getting fitter each day just because of this. Trust me, if you have 2hrs or at least an hour of Aerobics each day you would feel Soooo good about your body, You become fit and stronger. Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility and muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). At my aerobic class we use music which is optional (TRUST ME IT WORKS BETTER WITH MUSIC!) shhhh don't tell anyone I told you... We exercise as a team and it's almost like dancing to good tunes (While I work out I imagine myself dancing at a club, i just keep thinking of how worth it, it is and how good I would look at the end (ARBS!!!)"wink wink"". That thought keeps me going. I would advice us to have certain things we think about to keep us going as we exercise, so we don't end up as that person lacking behind. For those that like to exercise in a quiet environment,,feel free!! (Whatever Works For U!!! As long as you are dripping of sweat! IT'S PERFECT).

The Double Mouthed!


Okay!!! 
Here I am, wondering how a human being can have 1 mouth physically and have 2 mouths mentally. Our brothers and sisters that say certain things today and say the opposite the next day,"i want to loose weight I am too fat" the next day "I just love my stature I am phat not fat "HAHA" and you think your deceiving me?"get it together!"
 On monday, Favour said "I want to focus on my education" on thursday she said" I hate school,i would never be focused on it"
Why can't we say one thing and keep to it? Okay! John said he would help me out with my assignment an hour ago, the next thing that came out of his mouth was "i would never help you with your assignment" I guess I have become the person hearing all sorts of things.
Saying two opposite things at the same time is just "deceiving of one self"as I like to call it.
You already know what you are going to do, so why try to give yourself the impression that you are deceiving others??? 
Some of us would nearly fight with our mates trying to convince them that we would do certain things, knowing fully well we are not capable, at the end of the day we  say"i never said that"
We need to be straight forward in whatever we do, decide on what you want to do or say and go on that same road instead of off road!

HAPPY SUNDAY!!!



HAPPY SUNDAY!!! Today I was at church and happened to be at the children's section. Coordinating kids can be such a stressful job but I was able to pull through and they loved aunt :-) Hope we all have a great sunday while thanking God for all he has blessed us with and yet to bless us with. Forever be grateful to God. Yes! For all of those that came to church today without a genuine heart,pray to God to help you!!

SHOUT OUT TO OUR HATERS!!!!

So.... Today I was on the field, running and feeling fit till he passed me with full force, The wind that followed him behind wasn't a fresh one, it was polluted by his odour. What have I said about being clean while working out??!! Well I did not hate him, i just HATED" the odour he produced. 
Okay so why the hate? After I learnt about the "LindaIkeji" news I felt"WHAT'S THE POINT OF THE HATE?!
Why do we need to hate on each other when we could simply focus on loving ourselves and being better? It's an absolute waste of time to hate on another..it is soooo inconsequential with absolutely no point" attached to it! Especially when they have wronged you in NO WAY !
There are better ways to handle situations like this other than trying to create the downfall of our fellow human beings. I mean if you really do have a job, why not focus on that instead?!
Some people just see you and already claim they know you, they know how many rats you have killed and how many mosquitoes have died in your arms.
So she has a new ride, he has 10 houses, john just built a mansion, peter travels around the world, christy is soo pretty, sonia cries in a Bentley and you cry in a public bus,"HAHAHAHA",,why do we need to talk negative about them?!
Can we try an exercise? atleast for those that have created so many excuses not to workout physically,"HEHE" okay, let's put more focus on ourselves, try make yourself better, Instead of hating on others for achieving their goals. You can't spend your life time looking down on others just to make yourself feel perfect! "THEY WORKED HARD!!!!" so let them inspire you instead of being  your Hate" object! "WORK HARD FOR YOURSELF"
