Think Before You S***

Up early for some reason and what came to mind is "cleanliness". So he approached me and my word! that ooze made me say "NO" before he could even ask me out,,it was very unique, smelt basically like what he had eaten in the past month ,it was soo strong it made me feel nauseated. Couldn't spare him a chance,his probably wondering why????but i suspect he has issues with his sense of smell,,cause if not he would have ran away from himself.

Are you that girl that goes to the pool side confidently in a bikini without a bikini wax or shaved armpit?are you that man that has that negative intense smell that commands unwanted attention once you walk into the bank?that lady or man that cant keep a relationship cause you stink?if yes" 

Now listen!!!!!

"Cleanliness is indeed next to Godliness"i mean who wants to be sent to hell cause they stink?well if you don't want that you have to be clean all round, not just on the outside but in the inside, start by detoxing your mind,body as well as your "CONTACT LIST!"HEHE

okay,your saying deodorants are expensive?common! you eat worth more than the price of  one deodorant that can last you a month,each day. I am sure you want to be famous but not because of that smell you have produced, i mean who could be a better inventor of odour than you?!

As for those that wash their hands while wearing gloves or wash your measuring cup with soap and water after measuring water.STOP DECEIVING YOURSELF! you are not CLEAN!!! you are just not thinking. soo many incidents whereby some of us are not given the chance to talk because we have a mouth of gutter, don't you want to be heard? Being clean,you also have to pick out the right diets and NO!!! eating KFC or MAMAPUT everyday is not it,bless your fridge with all types of nutrients,carbs,protein,veg,....and never eat 1 form of nutrient everyday! Keep your diet balanced also have at least a glass of water first thing every morning along side an apple or whatever fruit of your choice instead of chocolates,this doesn't just make your digestion faster it also keeps your skin fresh. Your environment needs to be clean for you to remain clean,partake in daily cleaning,if not possible everyday at least two times a week.

Just like "Exercise"i do not believe anyone has an excuse to stink. Now here are some tips to follow just to simply be clean:Shower:shower! and shower well, i don't mean go in the bath and do a 1 second scrub,wash all those hidden parts of your body with enough lather. Brush your teeth:i mean some of us forget to brush before going to work and you wonder why john and stella are running from you? look for a good quality tooth paste not just any random one because so many fake ones are being produced. Wash hands:washing of hands is very important,,after meals(your not going to eat beans with your hands and touch someone now,are you?),toilet,or playing in the mud just keep washing your hands, it can never be enough. Deodorants/moisturizing :BUY ONE DEODORANT! at least make an effort it cant be as expensive as what you eat,its needed to make you have a pleasant scent,if you can add a bottle of perfume to it that would be fab, it doesn't have to be gucci you know...also keep your skin moisturized to avoid looking scaly(YOUR NOT A FISH)Laundry:you need to do your laundry,do not i repeat do not repeat clothing especially when you have sweat dried all over it, even if you are a janitor or security by job and your going to sweat while working anyway don't use that as an excuse please. Diet:Eat right,,keep your diet balanced..and that's not by eating rice everyday! common now STOP!picking your nose and playing with the "BUGGA" in public or privacy use tissue or handkerchief and the whole armpit and private organ scratching thing needs to stop.

All in all,,if we love ourselves as much as we claim we would not walk into the road of our embarrassments.
